How to Deal With His Mood Swings

If the man in your life has a tendency to suffer from mood swings, then you know what a nightmare some days with him can be. He may seem fine one minute and the next be in a melancholy or angry mood. If you plan to stay with your guy for the long haul, you'll have to learn how to deal with his mood swings.

Instructions

Confront him. You should never ignore a man's moody behavior. He may think that it's OK to act this way. Find out if something is wrong and try to find out what caused the bad mood.

Try to get him out of his funk. If your man suddenly seems sad or depressed, see if you can help improve his mood. Suggest a fun activity, like going outside or seeing a funny movie.

Walk away. If your man is in a bad mood, a little space will do both of you some good.

Ask him to go to therapy. If his mood swings are severe, he may suffer from a psychological disorder. Offer to go to couple's therapy in order to learn how to deal with his mood swings.
