How to Get Rid of Feelings You Have for Another Woman

No one wants to be caught in a love triangle. However, many people move on to other relationships without resolving deep feelings they may have for someone else. If you find yourself with your significant other, but you can't seem to get another woman out of your mind, try these methods to let go of those feelings so you can concentrate on the relationship you have at hand.

Admit that you have feelings for the other woman and evaluate how strong the feelings are. Do you feel love or is it just a friendship?

Talk to the woman you are with about your feelings. Communication is important. The two of you may be able to figure out why you have feelings for this other woman.
