Scientists have been fascinated about what men and women find attractive in the opposite sex. While there's room for debate on some minor points, most agree that a girl first relies on her senses to size up a guy, then she considers his personality. If you want to attract that special girl, learn what girls find attractive in a guy, then put it into action to make a good first impression.

Approach her in a way that isn't obvious or creepy. Girls are protective of themselves. They'll shoot down a guy who comes on too strong or makes creepy remarks. Respect the girl's territory and make appropriate chit chat. Pick something up that she drops or help her with something. Introduce yourself if she doesn't seem to be in a hurry. Otherwise, wait for another opportunity.

Find out and do things she's interested in. Join her art or contemporary literature class. Spark her interest by showing her that you're interested in her.

Make eye contact and smile. Nothing is more attractive to a girl than a cute guy who smiles at her. Make your smile easy and natural. Hold her gaze for a few seconds. Let her know you're interested.

Be a little bad. Girls really do like bad boys. Play it cool, be a bit aloof and come across as a kind of rebel. Don't be rude, let your ego run wild or show her disrespect. Fresh sweat is far from what most people would call "pleasan,t" but the pheromones released are very attractive to females at a biological level. So, should you go deodorant free? Nope, but you don't have to worry about the sweat you produce under deodorant. The sweat mixes with your deodorant, producing an attractive scent to females. No reason to be self conscious.
