How to Synthesize Pheromones

Pheromones are secretions used by animals to influence the behaviors of members of the same species, primarily for attracting a mate. You can't literally synthesize pheromones unless you have access to an advanced laboratory, but you can cultivate and capture your own natural pheromones to increase your attractiveness to the opposite sex. Studies show that scent, and specifically pheromones, play a major role in physical attraction. Start using your own body pheromones to increase your dating luck, and attract that special someone. Both men and women can increase their attractiveness in this way.

Instructions

Remove any unpleasant or unwanted scents from your body by washing yourself with an unscented soap. Be sure that dirty-smelling sweat and environmental odors are cleansed from your body before proceeding. Pay particular attention to your underarm and groin areas.

Wipe your pheromone gland areas -- under the arms and in the crease of the inner thighs -- with a handkerchief. Leave the handkerchief wadded in your armpit or the crotch of your thigh while you work up a clean sweat.

Work up a clean sweat with the handkerchief nestled in a pheromone gland area. You can sit in a hot or steamy room; or under some clean, heavy blankets. You can hold the handkerchief in place with clean clothing that is free of fragrances, while you do some quick exercises, such as jumping jacks or sit-ups.

Fold your pheromone-infused handkerchief neatly and seal it in a zip-close plastic bag. Collect your pheromones again in the future when you are freshly washed. If the cloth begins to feel or smell dirty or unpleasant, wash it by hand with an unscented soap. Change the plastic bag if it becomes soiled, dirty, or smells foul or unpleasant.

Carry the pheromone-scented handkerchief when you are meeting someone you want to attract. Save the plastic bag at home for recharging your cloth later.

Wipe your neck and hands with the pheromone-infused handkerchief. Keep it neatly folded in your pocket or purse and ready to offer your date to wipe her hands or face. If you wash you hands and face during your meeting, wipe your neck and hands again if the pheromone-infused handkerchief is still available in your pocket.

Wear the handkerchief, if possible. If you are going to be naturally close to your date, such as dancing or sitting close on a sofa, wear the handkerchief -- in your hair as a scarf, as a decoration, or folded in a breast pocket.

Act casual with your pheromone cloth. Don't be pushy with it, or concerned if it becomes soiled or you don't get it back. Treat it as a disposable item.

Wash your pheromone handkerchief thoroughly, by hand with unscented soap, when your date or meeting is over. Be sure to clean out any dirt or environmental odors that may have been absorbed. When it is clean, return it to the plastic bag.
