Lift weights before doing cardiovascular exercise, so you can remain relatively fresh for approaching women.
4Purchase flattering gym clothes. Wear a basic tank-top and shorts if you have a more athletic build. Stock your gym bag with a combination lock and bathing products, if necessary.
5Enter your gym and take note of its layout. For toning purposes, most women congregate near the resistance machines, treadmills and mats. The mat area is the best place to meet a woman, while she is stretching and stationary.
6Play the angles through gym mirrors to track a woman's movements and time your approach. You may also be surprised to notice other women checking you out via mirrors. A shy woman could refuse to make eye contact in a face-to-face situation, but stare at you lustily when she believes your attention is elsewhere.
7Approach a woman while she rests between sets at the gym. Tell the woman that you noticed her, but are too focused on your own workout for extensive chit chat. Ask for her phone number so you two can talk at a more convenient time.
8Remember the woman's number. Excuse yourself and enter her number into your cell phone from the privacy of the men's locker room.
9Make casual conversation whenever the two of you cross paths again in the fitness club. If the woman begins to flirt heavily you can make plans to meet immediately after gym time. If not, you should call her within three days to make date plans and build the attraction.
