If you have lost that special someone, you might not be willing to go down without a fight. If you want to get her back, you will need to show her how much you care. This should be done with some level of finesse. Beware of coming on too strong with gifts or logical appeals. These acts might turn her away from you forever. While there is no guarantee, there are ways to give it all you have in the hopes of getting her back.

Go on with your life. This might seem counter-intuitive because you want to show her how much you need her, but some women will not like feeling that she was the glue holding you together. If you want her to see that you are someone worth being with and respecting, focus on improving your life. Take this time to start exercising, apply for that promotion or do something you have been putting off.
2Keep your emotions under control. You may want to fight for her, but that does not mean you should fight with her. Be honest, but control any anger, resentment or depression that you are feeling. You may need to wait a week or two before contacting her so that you can both calm down and put things into perspective.
3Ask her how she is doing via text or phone -- however you normally communicate. If she responds in a friendly way, ask her to do something fun like see a band or something exciting she likes. Don't ask about who she is dating.
4Send a simple message extending an olive branch periodically. If she responds, she may be interested in reconnecting with you. Be cool. Allow a friendship to develop and don't pressure the situation.
5After three to four friendly encounters, ask what she thinks about the two of you trying again. Listen to her. She may be very glad to have you back in her life. If she wants to remain friends, that romance can always spark again, but let her know you will be out dating other people too.
