How to Contact a Girl Whose Number You Got From a Friend

Contacting a girl whose number you've got from a friend can be a nerve-racking experience if you don't know the proper steps. Confidence and motivation are required when attempting this difficult task. While some girls may find it strange for you to be calling them without them giving you their number personally, other girls may take it as a sign of shyness or feel as though they have a secret admirer.

Take a deep breath and dial her number on the phone. Wait for her to answer before you speak. Don't practice what you're going to say as the phone is ringing.

Tell her who's calling and say what you previously had practiced, including letting her know a friend gave you the phone number. Detect if she is mad or happy about you getting her number from a friend. Her tone of voice will let you know how she feels about you calling her, and you can proceed accordingly.

Talk with confidence and listen to hear as she speaks. Ask her questions about the subjects about which she is talking to keep the conversation going smoothly.
