The Best Places to Meet Men

Men and women meet each other in all possible and impossible places. But some settings provide more opportunities to come across that "special someone." Bars, gyms, bookstores and coffee houses, stadiums and dog parks are good places to start.

A gym membership can bring more than health benefits. Seeing an attractive man regularly at the gym can lead to conversation.

Scientists, college professors, writers and other men spend time at bookstores and coffee houses. A book he is reading or a display he is standing next to can provide a topic for conversation.

Stadiums can be good places to meet men. It helps to know something about the sport or the team. But some men enjoy explaining the rules of the game, so lack of knowledge can act like an icebreaker.

A cute pooch can become a matchmaker. A dog park setting is casual and provides a lot of topics for conversation.
