How to Send an eCard to Your Crush

E-cards are digital versions of real cards that can be sent via email to anyone in the world. Like real cards, e-cards come in a wide range of designs and topics; they can include popular or personalized messages. Sending an e-card to your crush could be a good way to show your crush you like him without the awkwardness of doing so in person or over the phone. Even if you've already shown your crush you like him, an e-card shows he is on your mind and can keep you on his mind.

Instructions

Get your crush's email address. You may be able to get this from his or her Facebook or MySpace page, from a friend, or directly from your crush.

Choose a website that features free e-cards; a few examples are available in the Resources section of this article.

Browse through the website's selection of cards. A good idea is to select by category. For example look for "Romance" or "Relationships" and select a section for "Flirting" or "Crushes."

Choose a card with a design that you think your crush will enjoy. For example if you know your crush likes animals, choose a card with an image of an animal on it. If you know your crush is a sports fan, choose one with images or phrases about his favorite sport. Some e-cards feature music and animation.

Fill out the card using the first name of your crush for the "To" heading and your first name in the "From" section. In the body of the card add a small personal touch to the card. You might want to put something simple such as "Thinking of you" or "Just saying Hi." You might also include a compliment if you saw her recently, such as "Your hair looked beautiful the other day, I couldn't take my eyes away." If you know her interests you might reference a recent event relevant to her interests. For example, if your crush likes hockey you might comment "That game the other night was exciting, did you see it?"

Confirm the crush's email and confirm your email before clicking "Send." You can also preview the card before sending.
