How to Handle Jerks in Your Life

This world is comprised of all sorts of people. There are those that were taught how to respect others and there are those that have personal problems. These bullying jerks are inconsiderate and do not have a clue of how to act responsibly or with respect to others. Here is how to handle the jerks that you encounter in your life

When a jerk tries to cut you off while you are driving, do not let that rage you feel building inside of you. Let it be and call 911 and report the reckless driving and give them the tag number. The police will take action and catch up to that individual and give him a ticket.

Ignore the jerk at work, the one that annoys you. Do not let him know that he is getting under your skin, because if he is bothering you, he is bound to be bothering someone else. The boss may spot this inappropriate behavior and do something about it. If he doesn't, go to him and report the activities of this fool , if he still refuses to do anything about the jerk take it one step above go to your union representative and report the behavior, the union will step in and talk to both you supervisor and the jerk in question and the problem will be resolved.

Avoid the jerk from school, the one who pushes kids around and knocks their books out of their hands. You do not have to tolerate that kind of abuse. There should always be an authority figure to whom you can go to and talk to. Go to your instructor and inform them of the problems that you and others are encountering and they will intervene if they are doing their jobs correctly and take care of the problem

Try to talk to the jerk rationally, if one happens to be a friend of yours, then tell her about her behavior and how it is unacceptable. Set yourself up as an example on how to treat people and perhaps if she has any type of ethics she will try to correct her behavior. Do not set your hopes on this.

If all else fails, take action yourself. Stand up to the jerk, tell him that you are not going to tolerate his behavior anymore. You are a better person than they are. Walk away from them and they will know that they are not worth your time or effort.
