How to Get Over An Ex Completely

There's a difference between getting over an ex and getting over an ex completely. I find myself sometimes clicking on my ex's Facebook just to torture myself, for no reason. It's human nature, or maybe just my nature, but it's not healthy.

There are certain actions you must take to completely move forward, not just not pine over your ex. Here's how to get over your ex completely.

Instructions

Your ex came with baggage. Get rid of everything that your ex left at your house. Just throw it out. If you have to get a new bed or mattress, do so. There is absolutely no reason to keep it other than to torture yourself, and it's keeping you from forming new, wonderful relationships with new people.

Your ex came with friends. So unless you have a new BFF, delete all their friends from your phone, Facebook, Myspace, etc. Because if you don't, you'll get those annoying messages on the side saying, "You and this person (your ex) have 356 friends in common! Would you like to be friends with this person?"

Your ex came with memories. So you have to make new ones, with new people. If you have to start going out by yourself, make new friends and new memories. You can't have the ghost of your ex haunting that pepperoni pizza you used to always share. Pepperoni pizza is good. You don't need to get sick everytime you see it. So eat pizza with someone else. Attach yourself to new, good memories. Fin.
