3Talk about your relationship. Be open and honest about what's working, what isn't, and what each of you wants. Communicate directly -- don't be vague. Don't make demands or blame one another for failures.
4Come to actionable conclusions. If there is a problem, suggest ways to improve upon them. One solution may be a break -- you may need to take a few weeks or months off or change elements of the relationship to improve it.
5Re-visit the discussion. Pick a point in the future to sit down again and talk about the relationship status, attempted solutions and next steps.
