It is time for you to move on from your boyfriend and you want him to leave, but aren't sure how to do it. Meet face-to-face. When you plan on telling your boyfriend to leave, you want to do it face to face, not over the phone or computer. Give him the decency to meet with him somewhere to talk face-to-face.
2Tell him the reasons why you want him to leave. Be specific and honest. Don't leave him walking away without knowing exactly why you want him to leave.
3Be considerate of his feelings. Be aware that he will be hurt and upset. Be kind and gentle, but direct, when speaking to him.
4Refrain from having any further contact with him. Once you are done meeting him, don't call him to see how he is. Don't give him any signs that you may want him to come back.
